Refund Policy

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To begin the return process, contact us at aititowllc@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will review the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

EXCEPTIONS / NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty items). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

EXCHANGES

For a faster resolution, return the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you'd like.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
